利用規約

第1条（本規約の適用）

本規約は、カイン（以下「運営者」）が運営するオープンソースプロジェクト「VTuber Buzz Ranking」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。本サービスを利用するすべての方（以下「利用者」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（本サービスの内容）

本サービスは、個人VTuber（バーチャルYouTuber）の動画・投稿のバズ動向を観察するため、以下の情報を収集・集計・表示します：

• YouTube Data API v3 による YouTube 上の公開動画情報（Shorts および 4〜30 分の中尺動画）
• Apify 経由の TikTok ハッシュタグ検索結果
• Apify 経由の Twitter(X) のキーワード検索結果

本サービスは個人運営の非営利プロジェクトであり、広告表示や有料プランは存在しません。

第3条（利用料金）

本サービスの閲覧は無料で、利用者登録は不要です。

第4条（禁止事項）

利用者は本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません：

1. 本サービスを通じて取得したデータを、商用目的で再販・再配布する行為
2. 本サービスのデータを第三者へのスパム・嫌がらせ・誹謗中傷に利用する行為
3. 本サービスから取得したデータを、YouTube・TikTok・Twitter(X) の各利用規約に違反する形で利用する行為
4. 本サービスへの過度なリクエスト送信、DDoS 攻撃、その他システムに負荷を与える行為
5. 本サービスのソースコードを無断で改変し、商用サービスとして提供する行為
6. その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（YouTube API サービスの利用について）

第6条（コンテンツの権利）

本サービスに表示される動画・サムネイル・タイトル・説明文・チャンネル情報の著作権・関連する権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。本サービスは公開情報を引用・参照する形で表示しており、再配布・転売は行っておりません。

表示される動画は YouTube・TikTok・Twitter(X) 上での公式リンクに誘導する形で参照され、再生・閲覧の際は各プラットフォーム上で行われます。

第7条（削除依頼）

動画作成者・チャンネル所有者から自身の情報を本サービスから削除する依頼があった場合、運営者は原則として 7 日以内に対応します。連絡先：amtokyo713@gmail.com

第8条（免責事項）

• 本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。完全性・正確性・最新性を保証しません
• 本サービスの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、運営者は責任を負いません
• 本サービスは予告なく停止・変更・終了する場合があります
• 外部 API（YouTube、TikTok、Twitter）の仕様変更により、表示内容が変動する場合があります

第9条（規約の変更）

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの「最終更新日」を更新してお知らせします。変更後も継続して本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争が発生した場合、運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service (English)

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms govern the use of "VTuber Buzz Ranking" (hereinafter "the Service"), an open-source project operated by Kain (hereinafter "the Operator"). All users (hereinafter "Users") of the Service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service collects, aggregates, and displays the following information for the purpose of observing buzz trends of individual VTubers' videos and posts:

• Public video information from YouTube via YouTube Data API v3 (Shorts and 4-30 minute medium-length videos)
• TikTok hashtag search results via Apify
• Twitter(X) keyword search results via Apify

The Service is an individually operated, non-commercial project with no advertisements or paid plans.

Article 3 (Fees)

The Service is free to view and does not require user registration.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

1. Reselling or redistributing data obtained through the Service for commercial purposes
2. Using data from the Service for spam, harassment, or defamation against third parties
3. Using data obtained from the Service in violation of YouTube, TikTok, or Twitter(X) terms of service
4. Sending excessive requests, DDoS attacks, or other acts that burden the system
5. Modifying the source code without permission and providing it as a commercial service
6. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 5 (Use of YouTube API Services)

Article 6 (Content Rights)

Copyrights and related rights to videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and channel information displayed in the Service belong to their respective rights holders. The Service displays public information by way of citation and reference, and does not redistribute or resell any data.

Videos displayed are linked to official URLs on YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter(X), and playback / viewing takes place on the respective platforms.

Article 7 (Deletion Requests)

If a video creator or channel owner requests the deletion of their information from the Service, the Operator will respond within 7 days in principle. Contact: amtokyo713@gmail.com

Article 8 (Disclaimers)

• The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or currentness
• The Operator bears no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the Service
• The Service may be suspended, modified, or terminated without prior notice
• Display content may change due to specification changes in external APIs (YouTube, TikTok, Twitter)

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may be changed without prior notice. For significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means agreement with the revised Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the district court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction by agreement.
